Today we had Tessa's pre-op appointment for her tubes. We are scheduled to be at Provena at 6:15 on Monday. Her actual surgery time is 7:30. She will be the second surgery of the morning. The schedule them by age, and another little girl is getting tubes that morning...she is 6 days younger than Tess. The doctor (Dr. Lipps) said that the surgery won't take long, and as soon as she starts to wake up we can go and be with her. We will have to stay in recovery until she has something to drink and a snack. Everyone says what a difference having tubes makes. I sure hope they are right!
