July was another fun month with Tessa.  We spent the 4th of July weekend in Bloomington.  Tessa wasn't a huge fan of the fireworks due to the loud noise, but she did like the glow necklaces and snap pops.  Any time that we were able to spend at Gigi's is special because Bubba lives there as well.  Tessa LOVES Bubba and misses him a lot.

 Tessa also had her first friend stay overnight in July.  Cora Kietzman came to our house for the night, and Tessa had a blast.  She loved playing with Cora and spending time with her.  Their favorite thing to play was dress-up and baby dolls.

This summer we also spent a lot time at the library.  Tessa was part of the summer reading program at the Peru library.  Tessa loves to read and enjoyed doing the weekly crafts as well.  We also spent a lot of time at the YMCA.  Tessa went to Day Camp 3 days a week in the morning.  Se really enjoyed it and met a lot of new friends.  Every Friday they got to swim, so of course Fridays were her favorite days to go to camp!
